At least one author per accepted paper has to register, irrespective of the paper category. Registration is possible until August 8th, 2020. Each accepted paper must have a registered author with paid fees by July 15, 2020 for their paper to be included in the LNCS proceedings.
The regular (virtual presence) admission fee includes all sessions and electronic proceedings.
Virtual attendance allows people access to the streaming video and to present their work virtually through videoconference if they are selected for presentation either under the contributed or exploratory talks.
Members of IFIP member societies and all members of IFIP Technical Committees and Working Groups are entitled to a discount of 10% (please contact the organisers).
All students and postdocs (no limit) from developing countries can apply for waiving their conference fees. If interested please contact the organisers at [email protected] with subject: "FREE AUTOMATA 2020"
Refunding of registration fees is not possible, even for virtual attendance.
